We're not at war, dammit!

Here is a challenge to every Republican out there who claims "we are at war" as justification for whatever Bush wants these days: Ask your representative to actually, you know, declare war. Why wouldn't a GOP-controlled congress want to declare war? Maybe, and here's just a thought, they're not serious about it.

Straight shooting

It is great fun talking about how the Vice President graduated from scowling to shooting other people.

But really. Instead of talking about this one-day story, let's get back to talking about important things. Like how completely incompetent this administration is at bringing Al Qaeda to justice.
